By ordering a product with us, you are accepting and agreeing to the content of our terms & conditions outlined below. We reserve the right to change these at any time and it is your responsibility to check these before ordering.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND SUITABILITY
We shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability or otherwise of any of the parts or valves on offer. Published product details, specifications and technical information can be obtained from the original equipment manufacturers.
Manufacturers names, brand names and part numbers are to be used as a guide reference only. Use of these does not necessarily imply that the products comply with the latest releases of drawings, material specifications or manufacturing procedures.
TECHNICAL ITEMS
Where a manufacturer offers a guarantee on a product, this may be conditional that the installation is carried out by competent and qualified personnel. Please ensure that you have read your products manual and warranty conditions (where available) before attempting to install a part or a complete valve. If in any doubt please contact us for assistance or guidance.
AVAILABILITY/ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We do our best to ensure availability of all our products and endeavour to supply from stock. If an item is out of stock or if there is an unforeseen delay, we will inform you of this and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple parts then all available parts will be despatched immediately and the delayed part will be sent under separate cover. You will not be charged for this separate delivery.
We will keep you informed of your order progress and the estimated delivery date.
Occasionally we find ourselves having to cancel and withdraw an item because it is obsolete, discontinued or otherwise unobtainable. In these circumstances we will inform you immediately and offer you an alternative if one is available.
You may cancel a delayed part for full refund, if we cannot satisfy your delivery requirements. Please contact our customer services department.
PAYMENT
Payment over the Internet can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro or Solo Cards and by PayPal.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) which will be added to invoices for UK customers at the prevailing rates.
Other EEA and worldwide territories must provide a valid VAT number for exemption.
Due to the nature of the clearing system, your credit or debit card payment WILL be taken at the point of ordering. If a problem in supply should occur we will, of course, be happy to make a refund as appropriate.
Charges will appear on your bank statement as "Valve Spares"
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched for a full refund. If the item has already been despatched then please see below for our returns policy.
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted for credit or refund with a RETURNED MATERIAL AUTHORISATION number, and may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning items, unless agreed otherwise beforehand. Any item returned to us without this reference may be considered unsolicited mail, and destroyed.
* Goods returned as unwanted must be returned to us in perfect condition, with all applicable packaging intact.
* If we agree to accept an item back, it must be sent to us by the most economical method possible. We will not refund any postage costs, unless agreed in writing beforehand.
* If you wish to return an item you must request a RETURNED MATERIAL AUTHORISATION number within 7 days of receipt of goods by contacting our customer services department.
* Once a RETURNED MATERIAL AUTHORISATION number is issued it is valid for 14 days for destinations within EEA or 30 days for all other territories. If we do not receive the goods within this period the authorisation will be cancelled and you will need to contact customer services to request another.
* A restocking fee of 15% may be applicable, if this is the case you will be informed when your returns authorisation is issued.
PRIVACY, COPYRIGHT AND DISCLAIMER
Our success is based on the strong traditions of quality, value for money and a genuine care for our customers. We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisations. Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from us.
